The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

AI Processing

To generate diary entries from your photos, the Application sends your selected photos to third-party AI services for processing. These photos are used solely for the purpose of generating diary content and are not stored permanently on external servers. The generated diary entries are stored locally on your device.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application. The Service Provider may disclose information as required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with trusted service providers who adhere to this privacy policy.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like us to delete User Provided Data, please contact us at contact@focuswave.cc and we will respond in a reasonable time.

Information Collection

The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All posture analysis is performed locally on your device using the camera, and no data leaves your device.

Camera Usage

The Application requires access to your device's camera solely for the purpose of real-time posture monitoring. Camera data is:

• Processed entirely on your device
• Never recorded or stored
• Never transmitted to any server or third party

Data Retention

The Application does not retain any user data. Calibration settings are stored locally on your device using standard macOS preferences and can be reset at any time within the app.

Children's Privacy

We do not use our Applications to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to us, please contact us so that we can take the necessary actions.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.
